Preorderterms.

Single: one sleeve, $12,000. Pairs: sold in pairs, $20,000 per pair ($10,000 per sleeve), 1 to 4 pairs per order. Volume: from 5 pairs, every pair in the order is $16,000 ($8,000 per sleeve). For more than 99 pairs or other quantities, email info@axonnic.com.

To reserve, you pay 20% of your order on Stripe. The deposit counts toward the price. It is refundable in full on request until your order ships (see Cancellation and refunds).

The remaining 80%, plus sales tax where it applies, is due within 2 weeks of delivery. You may pay it earlier; it is refundable on the same terms as the deposit.

Orders are filled in the order deposits are received.

We estimate shipping in February 2027. We're working to ship sooner and will email you if the date moves, but we don't promise an earlier date. If we can't ship by the end of February 2027, we email you a new date before then. You can then cancel and get back everything you have paid.

US shipping addresses only.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach Axonnic.

You can cancel any time before your order ships. We refund your deposit and any balance you have paid, in full. To cancel, email info@axonnic.com with your order number. Refunds go to your original payment method, or by bank transfer if that isn't possible.

Companies and institutions can pay by invoice or purchase order. Email info@axonnic.com with the quantity and ship-to address. We send a formal quote and our W-9, then invoice the deposit and the balance against your PO on the same terms.

Axonnic Inc. gives this limited warranty on each Axonnic EMG Sleeve, Gen 2. It runs 6 months from the day your sleeve is delivered.

What it covers

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What we do

We repair or replace the sleeve, at our choice. If we can't do either, we refund what you paid for that sleeve.

What doesn't void it

Writing software, using the SDK, and installing software or firmware we publish never voids this warranty. Opening the device doesn't void it by itself.

What it doesn't cover

• Physical or liquid damage.
• Normal wear of straps and skin-contact parts.
• Damage caused by hardware modifications or repairs not done by us.

How to claim

Email info@axonnic.com with your order number. We may troubleshoot with you remotely first. For warranty repairs we pay shipping both ways within the US.

Implied warranties

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the same 6 months. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
